Museum Selection offers shipping to all of the UK and many international locations. Check out the website to see if they ship overseas to your country. All deliveries are dispatched through Royal Mail and take anywhere from 5-7 days for standard delivery. As the brand is a small business, there is a minimal delivery and returns charge to accommodate the transportation charges. All delivery charges are based on the weight, size, and fragility of the items you order. However, there will be a surcharge for a 2-man delivery service for large items of furniture that are usually dispatched separately. Standard delivery charges start at £4.99.

Museum Selection has a no quibble returns policy and accepts back all items that a customer is not satisfied with. All returns are required to be sent back for exchanges or refunds within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that all items are required to be packed and need to be in resalable condition to be accepted back as returns. It also should be noted that personalized items, food items and self-assembly furniture cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they are delivered faulty. All orders that have items or products that are faulty or errors from Museum Selection's side will be exchanged or entirely refunded. Refunds will take anywhere from 14 days of the goods being returned to be credited to your account. Museum Selection also rewards all returns that are sent back in their entirety with a refund of the original delivery charge.
