Puma accepts all returns of all products that are sent back within 30 days of your order being delivered. Due to hygienic constraints, products like face masks, socks and bodywear products are not applicable for return. Replacement against exchange requests depends on the availability of the accessories. For cancellation requests, Puma reserves the right to take a call regarding the request.  Refunds for cancelled orders are initiated within 48 hours of approval of such request and is completed in the next 5-15 working days.
