The Company will arrange to pick up the product to be returned. At the time of pickup, the user will receive an acknowledgement from the Company's Logistical Partner. During cancellation of an order that contains a gift, the gifted item must be returned in its original packaging & unopened.

If your purchase value exceeds the value of the Electronic Gift Vouchers, the differential amount of such purchase can be paid using the other modes of payment available on the website. The Electronic Gift Vouchers can be used multiple times. 

The Croma Gift card can be redeemed on croma.com. The gift card will stay valid for 90 days from the date of activation. No refund, replacement, or cashback can be granted against the gift card. It can't be replaced or duplicated if lost or stolen. No two offers can be clubbed together. It has to be utilized in one single transaction; no partial usage of gift-card is allowed.
