Standard delivery is the slowest option and takes up to 7 days to complete delivery whereas expedited delivery is the most expensive option with a shipping rate of $29.95. JCPenney accepts returns of all products that are sent back within 90 days of the original purchase date. However, you are required to have the original receipt when you are sending back the product. Please note that only purchases made in-store or at JCP.com are eligible for returns or exchanges. Products that are sent back as returns will be reviewed by a team at JCPenney and if accepted back will issue a refund in the original payment method. You can initiate a return request by logging in to your account and selecting the item you wish to return. Click on the "Start a Return" button to initiate a return.
