All US orders are shipped through renowned delivery partners like UPS, FedEx, and USPS (PO Box orders). FragranceX offers different modes of shipping with Standard Ground being the default for all orders from the US. All orders that have a total cart value of $35 or more are eligible for free shipping and all orders with a cart value less than $35 will have a shipping charge of $5.95. Standard deliveries can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to reach the customer. If you want faster deliveries, you can consider going for 2nd Day Express shipping which is more expensive ($6.95) but lets your order arrive in 2 - 3 business days. However, Express Shipping is not available for PO Box orders. For International orders, the customers will have to pay additional charges like import duties, and taxes when a shipment reaches the country.

FragranceX accepts returns of all products that are sent back within 30 days after the shipment date. All returns requests that are sent back within a designated time slot are eligible for a full refund, minus shipping, and gift wrap charges if they are sent back on time. To initiate a return, simply send the product back to the address below in its original packaging. You can also expect a refund within one billing cycle of FragranceX receiving your returns. Please note that all returns that are sent back from the US will have an additional deduction of $5.95 for label usage. Shipping cost is also non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages, unless there has been an error on FragranceX's part. The company will also accept returns of products that are opened but not used in excess. All items that are used in excess, will only be subject to a partial refund.
