Here's How Gopuff Works

Ordering food through Gopuff is pretty straightforward. Customers can either log in to their accounts through their website or download the app to order snacks, essentials, and alcohol. All you need to do is enter the delivery address and see all the items available from the nearest facility. From this list, customers can select the item they wish to purchase and pay online to place the order. The customer can also apply a promo code for Gopuff before checking out to save some extra dollars before checking out. The facility from where the customer orders the items will then hand over the products to deliver their partners who will bring the items to the doorstep of the customer.

In line with the recent developments of COVID-19, Gopuff has made it clear that their number one priority today is to ensure that their customers, employees, and delivery partners are safe from the pandemic. Delivery partners and employees who are diagnosed with COVID-19 or quarantine will be provided up to 14 days of financial assistance and paid leave throughout the duration. All employees and delivery partners are required to keep CDC recommended actions like frequent hand washes under check at all times. Working hours have also been adjusted to meet customer demands as more people now stay at home during the day. The company has also stopped accepting cash payments to ensure contactless delivery.
