The items are also required to be unworn and have their original packaging intact. All returns that are sent back within the UK are eligible for free returns to stores across the country. However, if you want a pickup, you will need to use their pickup service. To initiate a return this way, you will need to use one of their return labels from your delivery note and will cost you a handling fee of £2.95.
