The Body Shop offers dedicated shipping to most of the cities and states across the country through authentic courier services. All orders are shipped from the Body Shop warehouse at Delhi within two business days of confirmation of payment for prepaid orders. For orders with Cash on Delivery, the orders are shipped after confirmation of order. Please note all orders require the customer's signature to be delivered. If you are not available to sign for your delivery, you can suggest an alternative person like a family member, colleague, neighbour etc. All standard deliveries that do not have a minimum cart value of Rs 2500 will have a delivery charge of Rs 100 applicable. The Body Shop accepts returns of all products that are returned within the designated time. However, some products are not eligible for returns and will not be accepted back due to hygiene concerns. In most case scenarios, the exchange of products will only be accepted if the products are returned in a saleable condition with all tags intact and in their original packaging. The products should also be in an undamaged condition and will be subject to inspection/checks by the Body Shop India before accepting returns. Products that have been damaged due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered by the returns policy. Additional charges like cash on delivery convenience charge and shipping charge will not be included in the refund value of the order as they are non-refundable charges. All refunds will be reflected on the customer's account within 7 business days in most case scenarios.
