Swiggy follows a pick-up and delivery partners (PDP) program for its order delivery. All orders placed on the food delivery platform are handed over to third party delivery service providers. The PDPs are all individual entrepreneurs who engage with Swiggy on voluntary, non-exclusive and principal to principal basis work for a service fee.
