Toe spacers are one of those weird pieces of equipment that you didn't know you needed until you try them. They'll feel really weird at first, but most of us spend so much time with our feet crammed into tight shoes, we need to stretch out our toes. 

Lifting hooks are so underrated. They allow you to maintain your grip during heavy lifts, such as with rack pulls or Romanian Deadlifts, when your grip strength may give up long before your primary mover muscles.
